  3. Acknowledge the Storm and remember; if it doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger.ย  There are lessons in all trials and tribulations.

  4. Eat Gratitude for dinner.

  5. Treat yourself to more gratitude for dessert.

And those are my 5 tips for maintaining peace in the midst of your storms.
