Humans get sad from time to time then we grab our balls and we keep moving forward.
Don’t let these doctors, counselors and therapists add depression to your spirit!
You had an experience with true sadness, You’d better find things to be grateful for in this life and keep it fuuucccckkkiiinnngg moving forward.
Or get a headlock by yours truly.
Live your life in this moment. Smile for this moment, pat yourself on the back for where you are now and Stop allowing your current situation to sadden your heart.
